Use of Tobacco
Anyone possessing tobacco products on Carmel Unified School District property
will be suspended. By law, any student under the age of 18 years of age who
is found using tobacco products must be referred to the Sheriff's Department
and will be suspended for three (3) days. A second violation will result in
a five (5) day suspension.
